FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Get in touch: synapsysnt@gmail.com

How does the free trial work?
You create an account and use Ultra features for 10 days, with trial quotas. We don't ask for a card. When the trial ends, the account becomes read-only until you subscribe to a plan.
How does billing work?
By card, the subscription renews automatically every 30 days. With PIX, you pay for 30 days at a time and renew whenever you like; without renewal, the account becomes inactive and read-only.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You cancel in the app itself, under Preferences › Subscription, and no further charges are made. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for; after that, the account becomes inactive. If you cancel within 7 days of a payment, whether the first purchase or a renewal, you get that amount back automatically and the account becomes inactive right away.
What if I switch plans?
The change applies immediately, with the new plan's limits. The new price is only charged at the next renewal.
What happens to my notes if my subscription ends?
Nothing is lost right away: you can still view, archive and delete what you created. Without an active plan, data is deleted 4 months after access ends; subscribe before then and everything becomes editable again.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Synapsys Note runs in the browser on computers, tablets and phones, and can be installed as an app. Notes sync across devices.
Can I bring my notes from Notion or Evernote?
Yes. Import brings pages, notebooks and notes from Notion, Evernote, Google Docs, Word and Markdown, keeping the structure.
Is my data safe?
Notes and files are stored in the cloud in dedicated storage, with access restricted to your account. Payments are processed in a secure environment, and card details never pass through our servers.
